Aki-chan SMS texted me out of nowhere last week while I was on the train heading home from work (if I remember correctly I was practically bouncing on my toes listening to Happiness and in a total Christmas-y mood XD), telling me that our own Malaysian local magazine has published an issue which is (hardly inconspicuously) a JE HEAVEN!!!!!!

So this is the show that’s replacing Ichi Pound no Fukuin on NTV?

I remember Pairu-chan talking about this… that show with four HSJ boys in it and that 14-year-old model’s acting debut XDDDDD I was on NTV for a while longer after TSD and watched quite a bit, then I caught Chinen and then that Tanaka Asami, and then the other two HSJ boys whose names I always can’t remember (later found out it’s Yuto and Daiki). It’s quite interesting, actually, hilarious too, even my brother was watching with me (and normally unsubbed Japanese shows turn him off). and what’s amazing is that I could understand roughly what they’re talking about. I can pick up the main idea of their speech and get the meaning D: Sugoiii~ *feels proud of self*

I warn you. THIS POST IS LONG AND FULL OF FANGIRL FLAILING BECAUSE IT’S JUST LOVEEEEE~ PLEASE BEAR WITH ME FOR THE SAKE OF THE 2 HOURS I SPENT WRITING THIS POST UP XD

FINALLY AFTER WEEKS OF REJECTION. I went to Kinokuniya today after school (and bribing my best friend Candice to come along with free coffee and manga xDDD), but it’s interesting that the bookstore is so huge and unfamiliar that we spent about 15 minutes wandering around looking for the Japanese section, and I got so miserable and pissy when I couldn’t find it xD The person at the customer’s service counter pointed saying “at the back side of the bookstore” (loooooool), and I practically went KTHXBYEEEEE *sprints off to that little entrance that I missed so many times*

And omfgggg. I entered NIPPON HEAVEN. A REALLY CUTE CORNER OF HAPPINESS WHICH PRACTICALLY SHONE WITH THE LIGHT FROM HEAVEEEEEEEEEN (because the lighting was all yellowish-white that it seemed godly xDDDDDD). I immediately attacked the magazine shelves – and at the neverending rows of shelves, I spotted Arashi on the cover of Weekly the Television issue 11/Apr! I grabbed it and literally crieeeeeeeed in happiness, because it’s like FINALLYYYYYYYYY. My sobs made my friend very scared xDDD

After tears of pure fangirl joy, I totally spazzzzzzzzed out at the magazines I saw! It’s like gjksdngjkdsnhknsdlhmd;ha WINK UP! POTATO! sdlnkgkladng;almh;adlh *grabs them all and add them to basket* Although I decided not to buy Wink Up because I didn’t like Arashi’s photoshoot in it. Then I spotted Ohno’s LOOK at STAR cover photo, and it’s like KYAAAAAAAAAAAH OHCHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN YOU’RE ON A MALAYSIAN SHELFFFFFFFFF OMFGGG *SQUISHES*. I wanted to buy it so badly, but it’s so goddamn expensive (RM43++ *wallet explodes*) so I had to put it back *sobs* I also saw Oricon Style and TV Life and TV Pia, but I’m not desperate to get them. Also, I found 2 full pages of Nino’s AU ad in a Kame mag! XDDDDDD And there was Arashi in this other mag that had Domoto Tsuyoshi on the cover but it was just a tiny article of 2 pages ): Ohhhhhh AND THERE WAS AN ENTIRE SHELF DEDICATED TO KUROSAGI. The manga (with Yamapi’s tearful face on every single cover klghsklh), and the official movie photobook. I want that photobook sooooooooooo much because the pictures were so awesome but I’m just being a greedy non-Yamapi fangirl xDDDD

Oh, and I spent about 20 minutes standing around the aidoru mag shelf deciding which mags to buy (IT’S NOT EASY WHEN YOU’VE A SELFISH WALLET AND YOU CAN’T BROWSE THROUGH THEM BECAUSE THEY’RE ALL IN PLASTIC WRAPS XD), and in the end I got the Weekly the Television (which is really really cheap) and Potato April 2008 because they’re awesomeee.

Ignore my very-emo-ish glare, I was at home in my pyjamas and my brother was being a horrible photographer xD

And right at the entrance (which I totally missed when I was running straight to the mag section), on the entire 5-metre wall of “Latest Arrivals/Bestsellers” shelf, there were EVERY SINGLE JE BAND’S 08-09 CALENDARS. KATTUN, Kinki Kids, Hey!Say!JUMP, NEWS, Kanjani8, Tackey and Tsubasa. Except Arashi lfgnklsnhh. And also EVERY SINGLE JE BAND’S OTAKARA BOOK. KATTUN, Kinki Kids, Hey!Say!JUMP, NEWS, Kanjani8, Tackey and Tsubasa. Except Arashi dlkgnksdlnhklsh. I’m going to assume that Arashi is so popular that everything sold out xDDD But if they were actually stocking up Arashi calendar then I wouldn’t have had to preorder from YesAsia D: I’ll remember to ask them next year ohohohoho. xDDDD And Kanjani8’s calendar package is huuuuuge o_o

I actually didn't expect Kinokuniya to sell Freestyle (more like I didn't contemplate this xD). I didn't buy it online because it's expensive and it's, well, just Ohno's art *avoids flying bricks for being so thick* But omfggggggggg, to actually see the ACTUAL book 2 feet away from me, with the glossy surface and the huge FREESTYLE and OHNO SATOSHI words... and y'know, my friend Candice knew how much I wanted it and it's so touching how she convinced me to buy it, and I don't regret it <3333 Thank goodness I brought emergency money or I'd have to beg from passerbys or something XDDDDDD

So altogether this is what I purchased in the total of RM143.10 (including that colourful file which I picked out because it was sooo kawaii xDDDD) -

In celebration for finally getting my hands on the idol mags, we went to Manhattan's Fishmarket for lunch and then had coffee and hot chocolate with muffins and cookies for snack while going through our bundle of happinesssss~ Do you notice how much we didn't give a damn anymore about going broke because it's a day of fangirl joyyyyyyyyy. AND I TAUGHT MY FRIEND TO DO THE ROCKY CHEER!

Seriously now. It’s sooooo much better perving on the magazine scans in real life. It’s like a sense of disbelief and amazement and joy, because this is something you’ve always seen on internet only, but to see the actual real-life pictures in real life and flicking through them in a magazine, it’s a sort of an overwhelming joy of fangirl happiness

And Ohno’s FREESTYLE? IT’S. SO. FUCKING. AWESOME. With the expensive glossy finish on the paper material (which my mom even commented) and the amazing pictures of Ohno’s art, you can just feel like this book is very Ohno, from his clay figures of black men to the photographs snapped by Ohno himself, and the layout of everything. It’s so overwhelming and precious!!! *starts to cry happy again*

My friend even browsed through the book in fascination xDDD OH AND WE CRACKED AT THE LAST FEW PAGES XDDDDDDDDDDD And she promised that we could go to Kinokuniya again next month for the next issues of the magazines kyaaaaaaaaaah.

TODAY IS JUST SO ROCKYYYY. I DON’T EVEN CARE THAT I MISSED MUSIC STATION.

AND I SHALL BE BUSY FLAILING OVER MY RM143.10 OF HAPPINESS. COMMENTS AND EVERYTHING ELSE SHALL BE ENTERTAINED WHEN I AM DONE. XDDDDDD

Yesterday’s Shounen Club saved my life from an otherwise-boring-and-lonesome-day and did-I-mention-boring-because-I-was-studying-for-my-tests. Not that the studying helped because I’m so certain I won’t get an A for Physics and Bio now. I’M SO SORRY SHO *drops down to knees and cries in failure*

Anyways, Shounen Club was A-W-E-S-O-M-E. I EVEN SPELT IT OUT FOR YOU. Normally I’d just watch SC for the sake of watching something Japanese in my room (THANK YOU CABLE TV) and have my mom walk over and always asking me if I ACTUALLY understood them XD And Arashi is not on (they’re like my connecting bridge to the world of pretty JE boys) and anything JE that isn’t Arashi it’d be boring, and there’re so many Juniors that I don’t recognise and they try so hard to be noticeable that I feel like flinging my lamp at the tv XD

But I LOVED yesterday’s SC. Here’s why.

1. The juniors (I think? I DON’T REMEMBER XD) performed a part of We Can Make It for their medley askgnlakngnaglasgn KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH~!
2. NEWS were the guests. I’m only happy for that because FINALLY SOMEONE NON-JUNIOR FLOODING THE TV SCREEN.
3. I officially announce that I do not have an ounce of liking for Taiyou no Namida ):< *avoids flying sofas from rabid NEWS-fangirls*

Johnnys’ calendars were featured on MezamashiTV and Ping Pong, and FKNGKLSNKGNASLFMSLG KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH ARASHI’S 2008-2009 CALENDAR WAS SHOWN TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! *shrieks to the window and gets bricked by neighbours*

I really LOOOOOOOVE the cover of the Arashi calendar – there aren’t any outburst of colours or any flamboyant theme, but a simple but sophisticated and sleek design which is just prettifuuuuul. And the calendar sorta functions as a diary/planner along. I’M VERY SURE I WON’T BE WRITING ANYTHING INSIDE ASIDE FROM PROCLAMATIONS LIKE “Property of Sakurai Wifey COPYRIGHTED” and “Jun + Ohmiya = complicated but extremely pervy pleasure love triangle which me likey” XDDD

THE SHO PICCIES. OMFG. THEY. ARE. SOOOO. SOOOOOOOOOO. KAKKOII. OH SO VERY HAAAAWT. I LOVE HIS HAIR. HE SHOULD KEEP THIS HAIRSTYLE INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING JUN AND KEEPING IT LONG BAAAAAD IDEA HUBBY! You should’ve seen me flail and flail and nosebleed and melt while watching Johnny’s Countdown 07-08 for the 7 times (yes I counted), because it’s just soooooooo kawaii to watch the rabu rabu between all the JE boys and the songs they sang together! Ne, at the end everyone gathered to sing the New Year theme song again, called Hatsuuta which is just looooooooove! I hope Johnny would release this song because I want to download xD Demo… I cried when they sang this song because it’s like a farewell song and the Countdown’s almost ending =’(

Sho-chan attended Hey!Say!JUMP’s concert last week – and no one knew until the boys called him onto the stage along with Inochi (from V6, who went for the concert too)! Then midway through their chatting Sho suddenly said to Chinen Yuuri, “There’s something on your nose.” He bent down (because Chinen’s a dwarf loooooolzzz) and rubbed his nose oh-so-dotingly, to which the others yelled, “Why’re you acting like his dad?!?!?!”. Sho-chan just retorted saying something like, “Whaaat?” with that dorky smile of his. Awwwh~

Btw – Chinen Yuuri (yeah the shorty >xD) is pretty close to Arashi. In fact, he idolises Ohno and constantly praises and voices his admiration for Ohno. I wonder what Chinen sees in Ohno when Riidaa does nothing but stone and go dreamy and molest Nino :3
